Structured Settlement is also tax free.Therefore,in the short term it might looks like a small amount,but in the long term this tax could make a huge difference.Since, the payment is given in small increments their are no further worries about the security or theft or loss of the funds which can cause the victim financial aid.
Now, Lets consider few cases where structured settlements play an extra ordinary role.
Lets suppose if the victim dies while leaving a minor children,in this case structured settlement can make sure the proper nutrition, housing, education and social value.
What if a worker got injured and he can not work for a particular period of time?In this case structured settlement can surely make a big difference.The structured settlement will allow the victim to have a sufficient amount of income for his own health and his family.
On the other hand, the party that pays also get benefit from structured settlement as they do not have to pay a large amount of money as lump sum which might cause them financial problems.Compensation smaller payments make sure for the paying party that it will not effect them dangerously.
